3) Orders, pricing, and availability

7) Product materials and natural variation
WudGrip products feature natural materials (including real wood). Because natural grain, texture, and color can vary, each item may look slightly different from images shown. This variation is normal and not considered a defect.
- Engravings may have subtle differences due to material characteristics and production methods.
- Lighting and screen settings can affect how product colors appear.
- Minor variations that do not affect function are generally not grounds for a defect claim.
8) Website use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):
- Attempting to interfere with the site’s security or functionality.
- Using the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse.
- Scraping or copying content in a way that violates our rights or applicable law.
- Uploading or transmitting harmful code, malware, or disruptive material.
9) Intellectual property
